have complex documentation or localization needs. A large number of
projects might run in parallel, and it is not uncommon for companies
to have in-house writers, editors, and other documentation specialists
who work on these projects. Companies may also have separate divisions
or departments managing their own projects and resources more or less

Creating a corporate account
begins with an account registration. Initially, your
account only has access to a subset of services until we have a chance
to discuss your specific requirements as well as the terms and conditions
for using Biblioso. If you agree, we will fully activate
your account, so that you can access all services available to corporate customers. |

Biblioso customers must
agree to our terms and conditions and must sign an NDA agreement to
ensure that no hostile actions are conducted against Biblioso and
its service contributors, customers, and other visitors and users
of the Biblioso Portal, including pouching of resources, launching
attacks against our Web site, or reverse engineering the features
of the Biblioso Portal. |

As a corporate customer,
all of Biblioso’s services and service packages are available
with standard rates and volume discounts or outsourcing options. An
account manager is assigned to you as your direct Biblioso contact
for all administrative matters. You get access to Biblioso with all of our project, document, and
enterprise management services. At any point in time, you have access
to status reports, files, discussions, and issues for every project
of your organization. Beyond the capabilities of individual customer accounts, corporate accounts enable you to:

Customers communicate
with Biblioso through phone or e-mail. We prefer e-mail over telephone, if possible.
As part of our quality management processes, you have access to an account manager. The account manager is your personal Biblioso contact to discuss administrative issues. You also will be assigned a preferred project manager to manage your projects. The project manager is the primary contact for all project-related issues. You also have access to our technical support group through e-mail to discuss technical issues and ask questions.
