• Proficient in MS technologies.
• CPLP desired.
The Content Manager is accountable for Coordination, Development, Governance and Management of Tier 1 Bing Ads global content. Also it would be great to have Bemis experience (our publishing tool). This work includes (but is not limited to):
• Tier 1 agent facing content creation/changes:
o Work with SPMs and partner teams to collect needed information for product content
o Work with Planners/Delivery and partner teams to collect needed information for process content
o Work with marketing and self-help partner for alignment and consistency
o Use MSWord, established guiding principles and content templates
o Create and own review/signoff process
o De-dupe and cross-link existing content as information is published
• Tier 1 agent facing content publication via BEMIS and/or publication via other MSFT internal publication tools, to an established template and service level agreement (time schedule)
• Agent facing content management
o Tracking new content requests via Intake form process
o Weekly reporting on content completion status
o Manage content issues log and communicate red flag items to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner to drive resolution
• (As time allows) Project Management
o Participate in creation of a governance model
o Participate in creation of process for managing current date to ensure it is up to date
o Participate in development and execution of a localization strategy
o Participate in creation of a strategy to drive agent usage of VKB message center/Best Bets
