Join our dynamic Biblioso team based in Bellevue, WA. This is a full-time, on-site role from Monday to Friday. Biblioso offers healthcare benefits and a competitive annual salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Technical Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This role involves handling all aspects of hardware management, creating and maintaining online training documentation, and overseeing the technical aspect of onboarding for new hires. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a lab environment and possess strong technical skills, particularly in hardware setting and maintenance. A car is required for this role to facilitate transportation between different locations as needed.

Three Main Areas of Focus:

o Hardware Management

o Training Coordination and Documentation

o Technical Testing Support

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Management:

o Manage all aspects of hardware setup and maintenance, including laptops and other equipment.

o Assist new hires with their hardware needs and ensure all devices are properly configured.

o Oversee the inventory and organization of hardware resources.

o Manage the full lifecycle of hardware distribution, including dissemination during onboarding, collection during offboarding, maintenance, repair, transit, and exchanges.

o Manage hardware inventory, organization, tracking, ordering, loss prevention.

Documentation and Training:

o Create and maintain online documentation, including video tutorials on tasks such as creating tickets and rack-related setups.

o Ensure all documentation is updated every 2-3 months to reflect current practices and procedures.

o Be the dedicated individual to oversee and keep training documentation current.

o Coordinated already developed comprehensive training materials and schedules for new hires.

New Hire Onboarding:

o Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, particularly those from Biblioso.

o Conduct campus tours, introduce new hires to team members, and provide an overview of team structures and products during the first week.

o Facilitate shadowing opportunities for new hires to help them understand their roles.

o Support new hires in becoming self-sufficient by the second week.

o Assist with hardware setup and management for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.

Communication and Coordination:

o Serve as a liaison between new hires, team members, and recruiters to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

o Assist recruiters with in-person technical testing evaluations and other related tasks.

o Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.


o Proven experience in a technical or lab environment, with a focus on hardware management.

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

o Ability to create clear and engaging documentation, including video content.

o Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

o Familiarity with technical testing and evaluation processes.

o A valid driver’s license and access to a car for transportation purposes.

o Highly organized and detail-oriented.
