We are looking to add an Agile PMO Manager to support our enterprise Learning & Skilling transformation initiatives and the tech portfolio management. This is an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives within a global learning and development ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of driving digital transformation and delivering impactful employee skilling programs.

• 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with a strong focus on process improvement and digital transformation
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex and fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated thought leadership, with a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and managing evolving priorities
• Experience supporting employee learning, development, or skilling programs within large organizations
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Proven track record of leading complex change management efforts and driving adoption at scale
• Preferred: Experience designing and developing low-code solutions or agents, ideally within a Copilot Studio or similar environment
• Integrated program planning and tracking
• Milestone, dependency, and delivery management
• Portfolio level reporting across initiatives
• Preparation of governance decks and written updates
• Action, decision, and follow up tracking
• Support for CVP, Steering Committee, and DRI forums
• Maintain RAID logs
• Coordinate mitigation plans
• Escalation preparation and documentation
• Support squad based operating model
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and cross team coordination
• Ensure backlog, sprint, and delivery hygiene
• Draft program communications and updates
• Support ways of working rollout and adoption
• Stakeholder alignment and change readiness support
• Portfolio management workflow and SOP
• Intake form, prioritization framework, and operationalization via Azure DevOps
• Change management and communication plan
