We are seeking experienced Enterprise Risk Management Consultants with backgrounds in enterprise risk, cyber/digital risk. These consultants will play a key role in supporting the newly structured ERM program and work closely with our clients to drive risk reduction strategies across the organization. Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, PRM) are highly desirable.
In this role, the nature of the work is dynamic and requires a collaborative attitude. While you will have specific duties, it's important to understand that the entire team is responsible for the final delivery, and this may occasionally involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. The ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed is key to succeeding in this environment.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of risk assessment processes across business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various organizational domains to ensure alignment and consistency in risk practices.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the broader risk reduction strategy.
• Assist in creating and refining enterprise risk management policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks that could impact strategic objectives and assess their severity and likelihood.
• Manage and support risk-based audits and ensure follow-through on findings.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal standards; support governance for ServiceNow IRM module.
• Prepare and present risk reports to senior stakeholders, including the executive risk management committee and board-level risk committee.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM or similar integrated risk platforms.
• Proven experience in enterprise risk management, ideally within large-scale or tech-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of cyber/digital risk frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
