Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focus)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong pedigree in web frontend development. While you will be working across the stack, your primary focus will be crafting responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React, backed by robust Java APIs.

While you will have specific duties, it's important to understand that the entire team is responsible for the final delivery, and this may occasionally involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. The ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed is key to succeeding in this environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and build responsive, user-facing web applications using React.js.

● Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java.

● Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.

● Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

● Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests for modules owned,

● Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development cycles and improve code quality.

Requirements

● 3+ years of professional experience in web development.

● Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for debugging complex UI/UX issues.

● AI Tooling: Experience using GitHub Copilot (or similar) to enhance productivity.

● Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context API) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Testing frameworks to deliver UI with high coverage test automation

● Solid experience with Java (Spring Boot experience preferred) for backend logic.

● Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and styling frameworks.
