Job Description

Details

Duration: 8 week contract, may extend if needed

Schedule: Must sync with Pacific business hours

Objective

We’re looking for someone who can define how AI‑driven, adaptive learning experiences fit together within an existing product and ecosystem roadmap. Rather than designing a new system from scratch, this role focuses on specifying the rules, structures, and metadata that enable Agentic AI and engineering teams to assemble and personalize learning consistently—within the constraints, tools, and directions already in place.

You’ll create tool‑agnostic standards, clarify how different components interconnect, and translate learning science into specifications that work across current platforms. This role modernizes legacy content for AI consumption and partners closely with engineering, product, and ecosystem owners to ensure the architecture evolves smoothly without changing roadmap priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Define modular learning structures optimized for Agentic AI within existing system constraints

- Establish sequencing and decision logic that complements, not replaces, current product architecture

- Create cross‑tool component specs and validation rules engineers or AI agents can consume

- Identify metadata and signals that support adaptive pathways without altering roadmap direction

- Provide guidance for restructuring legacy content into AI‑friendly formats

Deliverables (8 Weeks)

- AI‑ready design system specifications aligned to current product direction

- Component contracts & validation standards

- Personalization & assembly rules compatible with existing tooling

- Metadata / signal definitions for adaptive learning

- Tool‑agnostic implementation guidance

- Framework for modernizing legacy learning content

Team Environment

In this role, the nature of the work is dynamic and requires a collaborative attitude. While you have specific duties, it's important to understand that the entire team is responsible for the final delivery, and this may occasionally involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. The ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed is key to succeeding in this environment.
