Deliverables
• Support HR transformation development including focus areas and outcomes
• Develop clear purpose and story and guiding principles
• Align on orchestration and engagement plan
• Support HR key events in FY27 from planning to execution
• Support HR programs from design to change management
• Develop and maintain HR transformation Hub
• Manage rhythm of business and schedules
• Verify and report compliance items
