This leader will pioneer the shift from traditional compliance monitoring to continuous, intelligent validation of policies and standards, ensuring resilience is not just maintained but dynamically strengthened in the face of evolving risks.

Key Responsibilities

Real-time policy validation: Architect AI-driven systems that continuously monitor and validate adherence to policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Predictive analytics for resilience: Develop models that forecast compliance risks, resiliency gaps, and emerging vulnerabilities before they materialize.

Agentic AI enablement: Deploy autonomous AI agents to simulate resiliency scenarios, monitor controls, and recommend corrective actions in real time.

AI-augmented audits: Transform compliance audits into continuous, data-driven processes with anomaly detection, automated reporting, and predictive insights.

Dynamic maturity assessments: Use AI-powered benchmarking to track organizational resiliency maturity and project future readiness.

Architecture intelligence: Apply AI tools to evaluate system architectures for resiliency, scalability, and compliance alignment.

Automated control testing: Implement AI frameworks that validate control effectiveness instantly, reducing manual overhead and increasing accuracy.

Strategic advisory: Translate complex analytics and AI insights into actionable strategies for executives, regulators, and operational leaders.

Innovation roadmap: Drive a 3–5 year vision for embedding AI into assurance, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of intelligent compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Data analytics mastery: Expertise in big data platforms, machine learning, and visualization tools (Python, R, Spark, Power BI, Tableau).

AI leadership: Proven experience deploying agentic AI, autonomous monitoring systems, and AI-driven compliance solutions.

Resilience & compliance knowledge: Strong grounding in frameworks such as ISO 22301, NIST, COBIT, and regulatory standards.

Technical depth: Understanding of IT architecture, cloud environments, and resiliency engineering.

Executive presence: Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, data-driven narratives.

Certifications: Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISSP; advanced AI/ML certifications are highly desirable.

Desired Attributes

Visionary innovator who sees AI as a catalyst for transforming assurance.

Strategic futurist with the ability to anticipate compliance challenges and design proactive solutions.

Collaborative influencer who builds trust across technical, business, and regulatory domains.

Continuous learner who stays ahead of emerging AI, analytics, and resiliency technologies.

Future Vision (3–5 Years)

Autonomous audits: AI agents will conduct continuous audits, reducing reliance on scheduled manual reviews.

Self-healing controls: Automated systems will detect and remediate compliance deviations instantly, minimizing downtime and risk exposure.

AI-driven regulatory reporting: Compliance reports will be generated in real time, tailored to evolving regulatory requirements.

Resiliency simulations: Agentic AI will run predictive simulations of disruptions (cyber, operational, environmental) to validate organizational readiness.

Adaptive assurance frameworks: Policies and standards will evolve dynamically, guided by AI insights and global compliance trends.

Human-AI collaboration: Assurance teams will shift from manual validation to strategic oversight, focusing on interpreting AI-generated insights and shaping organizational resilience strategy.

Impact of the Role

This role redefines Resilience Assurance as a real-time, AI-augmented discipline. By embedding analytics and agentic AI into compliance monitoring, the Senior Data & AI Lead ensures the organization evolves from reactive compliance to predictive, adaptive resilience — positioning the enterprise as a global leader in intelligent assurance over the next decade.

Team Environment

In this role, the nature of the work is dynamic and requires a collaborative attitude. While you will have specific duties, it's important to understand that the entire team is responsible for the final delivery, and this may occasionally involve taking on additional tasks outside your primary responsibilities. The ability to adapt and contribute wherever needed is key to succeeding in this environment.
