Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to oversee end-to-end technical execution across lab operations, engineering services, and deployment programs supporting enterprise customers.

This role ensures strong SLA performance, milestone delivery, risk management, and cross-team coordination. The TDM acts as the operational integrator across multiple technical teams to maintain performance excellence and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance (SLA, ticket health, backlog control)
• Track deployment milestones and program execution
• Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks
• Lead cross-team coordination across lab, engineering, and integration pillars
• Maintain consolidated KPI dashboard and reporting accuracy
• Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with executive-level insights
• Drive process improvements and operational maturity

• SLA compliance and closure rate
• On-time milestone delivery
• Reduced aged backlog and rework
• Accurate 30/60-day risk forecasting
• Stable staffing and coverage planning

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical operations, engineering delivery, or similar role
• Experience managing SLA-driven environments
• Strong understanding of lab infrastructure or hardware deployments preferred
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management
