- Improve reporting automation, data quality, metrics standardization, and dashboard usability.
- Support development of executive reporting, trend analysis, and compliance monitoring capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage dynamic data sources and improve analytical insights.
2. ADO Workflow Optimization & Process Automation
- Assess and improve Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows supporting exception management, compliance reviews, and program operations.
- Streamline intake experiences, approval routing, notifications, tracking, and audit readiness.
- Implement process automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing engineering support and backlog management recommendations.

- Design, develop, test, and support AI-enabled solutions for External Staff policy guidance, exception management, advisory services, and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop phased AI roadmap including integration with enterprise systems and future capabilities.
- Support Responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance readiness activities.
- Provide technical consulting on scalable, reusable, and extensible AI frameworks.
4. Security Group Administration & Access Governance Support
- Manage and maintain security groups supporting External Staff operational processes and program access requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of group ownership, membership accuracy, and access governance controls.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and access-related operational requests.
- Recommend improvements aligned with our security and compliance standards.
5. Industry Research, Benchmarking & Strategic Consulting
- Conduct industry research and benchmark analyses on external workforce management, compliance operations, AI-enabled operations tools and services, workflow automation, and workforce governance.
- Provide recommendations aligned with leading practices and emerging technology trends.
- Support strategic planning, program assessments, and modernization initiatives.
- Deliver advisory services to improve scalability, compliance, user experience, and operational effectiveness.
